The Diaper Bank office must receive this form NO LATER than 12:00 PM on the Wednesday a week and a day before your pick-up date. Orders not received by the deadline cannot be filled. Pick-up time is between 9:30-10:30 a.m. Warehouse – 4500 E. Speedway #108

Resources for free or discounted diapers are few. Food Stamps and WIC cannot be used to purchase diapers, and child care facilities require parents to provide an adequate supply of disposable diapers.
